<p>Due to unprecedented snow and ice in Atlanta, Emory University temporarily closed for much of the week of January 10, 2011. We realize this winter weather has affected most of the nation, leading to school closings, power outages, and issues with the processing of electronic documents. </p>
<p>As a result, we have elected to postpone the Regular Decision deadline for Emory University until February 1st. Adjusting the deadline should provide you and your high school with some extra time to complete and submit application materials.
