i’m nowhere near the ideal student (and trust me, i have one in my class :)), no ECs before my junior year, rather inconsistent results (like my 10th marks) academically and an essay so boring it probably put the Stanford guys to sleep. justifiably so, since i wrote most of it while partially asleep. :D

i’ve got a flashy SAT score (achieved through luck) and that’s pretty much it. plus, i’ve got my mocks on now and whilst i should be studying, i’m hitting the net. way to go, eh?

i do not know lanking…and i only know his stats but unless u know lanking…who are you to judge whether he can make it in engineering…a high gpa and sat only say so much…and im not saying this cause im bitter…

Well I remember using this message board to find out last year when the letters were mailed out. I got in with the class of 2008 and then deffered.

I took off a year to study Jewish religous studies. best decision of my life.

I grew so much here.

Discovered that Learnign was the important thing.

Not statisics.

I want to go to chicaog to learn what I love (Probably something within the social sciences)
To polish my hebrew and become fluent (I am going to make aliya…my chevra and boyfriend live here…well my boyfriend is making aliya this summer…)
And to become a better lomedet (by taking bibical hebrew and aramaic…nothing like beating a gushy to pulp…ok that’s an inside joke…if you get it…post or pm me…)

As well as pursue my favorite things like acting and just grow in general. I want to go and get married, raise a family, that kind of thing. Got to get going in that direction to grow up you know.
