<p>Except that their scores on state tests are absolutely abysmal. Last year only 15% of their kids met state standards. None exceeded them. The rest of the district had a 66% meets/exceeds rate.</p>
<p>The fact that they are getting 100% of their kids into college means only that someone is making sure each kid applies to college. It says nothing about the calibre of the college or whether the student will be able to graduate. For all we know the vast majority are applying to 100% acceptance colleges.</p>
<p>This is a bit like the college rankings based on the number of AP exams kids take, while ignoring whether the kids actually pass the exam.</p>
