Personally I would call an admissions counselor at LA or Berkeley and ask. Many will ‘guide’ you unofficially.
Here’s what the UCs say but it’s through 2021.
While UCs are test blind it’s apparent at many schools we are back to the world of old. And this this pass fail may be looked at as to why. I don’t know.
But that’s why I’d call and ask vs just assume.
Not a comment against you but more society because you’re playing the hand dealt but it’s sad that there’s so much pressure in the system today that parents and kids are treating a B as if it’s a failure. Honestly more important is what area did the child fall short so they can get caught up for the next class. A ‘B’ is a fine grade and there is life beyond the UCs (minus Merced since some choose to avoid) and CPSLO.
