<p>Hey you guys!</p>

<p>I’m applying to REA at Stanford and I had a quick question, can I still apply to USC by December 1, for their merit scholarship opportunities? Also can I apply to the Early Notification at University of Rochester. Just to be clear, it is NOT an early decision or an early action ordeal.
