3.8 GPA - Struggled frosh and soph with upward trend to 4.0 over the last couple of years
Really strong essays, really good recs (at least teachers’, don’t know about counselor’s)
Decent writing sample (strong from an academic perspective, but very impersonal)
Fairly weak EC’s
Fairly strong coursload, but lacking in foreign language (not a good thing for a Middlebury app)</p>
<p>Overall I’d say my lack of great EC’s along with some deficiencies in my courseload kept me out. Plus I my GPA is pretty low for a school like this I think.</p>
<p>WHatever just need to get my Amherst rejection letter (my other top school) and end up somewhere I don’t want to go.</p>
