Really nervous. Do you think I have a shot at UCLA?

I’m applying to the UC’s and my top choices are UCLA and Cal. I’d like to know if I have a shot at being admitted to UCLA… it’s such a beautiful school and I’m getting really nervous!

My intended major is Civil engineering. Btw, I’m a California resident.

Here are my FINAL Test Scores:

ACT: 31 (Composite) E: 31 M: 34 R: 30 S: 30 Essay: 9

SAT Physics: 760
SAT Math II: 710

AP Physics B: 5

IGCSE English: A
IGCSE Chemistry: A
IGCSE Math: A
IGCSE Biology: A*
IGCSE Physics: A*
IGCSE ICT: A*

GCE AS-Level Math: A
GCE AS-Level Applied ICT: A
GCE AS-Level Physics: A

GCE A-Level Math: A
GCE A-Level Applied ICT: A
GCE A-Level Physics: B

As you can see, I have taken a number of external IGCSE/GCE exams because my school (I studied abroad for high school) only offered a British curriculum. They do not offer any AP/IB/Honor courses. I self-studied AP Physics B in 8 weeks and somehow managed to get a 5. Thankfully, I discovered APEX Learning, so in my senior year, I will be taking courses to help prepare me for exams.

Senior Course load:
GCE A-Level Math
GCE A-Level Applied ICT
GCE A-Level Physics
AP Calculus AB
AP Psychology
AP Macroeconomics
AP Microeconomics

My EC’s are pretty small in number, but I have invested a large amount of time and effort into them.

Self-Published a Novel - I spent three of my high school years writing it and self-published it in July 2013. It’s available on Amazon now. (I won’t mention the name here for privacy)
*I received recognition from the princess for authoring and publishing my novel. (if that makes any difference)

SBTV - This is an organization my friends and I created to encourage my city’s youth to explore literature and creative writing. It was very successful and obtained media coverage.

SketchUp Learning Course: An in depth course that teaches high school students to effectively use Google Sketchup.
*This was like 8 weeks long

Foreman Assistant: I helped a foreman schedule the construction site activities.

I received the Academic Scholarship three years in a row - this scholarship is offered by my high school to the highest academically achieving student. (This is given to one person per grade)

What do you guys think?

Yes you have a higher than usual chance, any idea of your UC capped GPA?
