<p>that 3.4 is a hard floor for out of state applicant GPAs. Before you go to too much time and trouble, I would contact the admissions office directly. Bottom line it for them: “I have very high SAT, but below the 3.4 out of state gpa requirement. Will my application even be considered?”</p>
