<p>Well you look pretty solid. What is your UC gpa? 3.0 still? Technically, you are not even considered out of state unless you have a minimum of a 3.4. You have exceptional SAT scores and quite possibly will sneak in because of them. Your EC’s are excellent too. I recommend talking to your counselor about your interest in the UCs or maybe call up UCSC and ask them about your situation. They are really attracted to students that have gone through rought times, so you gain serious points there as well. </p>
