  1. Nope. There are other factors in play at different UC campuses due to different requirements. Did you finish all pre reqs? For what major?
  2. That is completely up to you. If you like the campus where you are a Regent Scholar, and you may get priority registration, research and mentoring opportunities, not to mention part of your education paid for, I'd go to the Regent UC. However, if you felt better at a different UC (enough to forego the scholarship) then choose SD or Davis.
