<p>hmmm - wonder how they were “allowed” to get this way? Could it be lack of discipline? consistency? good examples to follow? no meaningful consequences? - sounds like a bunch of thoroughbreds with out a trainer/jockey - i.e. Leadership? Sounds like the horses are stronger than the handlers just wondering </p>
