Recommended schedule for a freshman thinking of going pre-med?

It’s not very hard to satisfy all of the requirements.

You should take some type of 100 or 200 level bio and gen chem your freshman year. I would also advise taking calculus (you can take Calc I and II if you want to be conservative; or take Calc III like I did). FWS are obviously a must. You can take an additional elective course if you want. You can take a foreign language class or another class of your choosing. If you take a placement test (which is what I did), you can directly test into a 200 level foreign language class and satisfy the foreign language requirements with just that class.

So, my first semester schedule was:
Intro bio
Gen chem honors
Calc III
Spanish 209

My second semester schedule was:
Intro bio
Gen chem honors
FWS
Anthropology

I had English AP credit so I only needed 1 FWS.
