<p>I am a recruited athlete for tennis for the class of 2012 and received an LOA in October before doing my CFA. Today (and I have yet to do my CFA) I got a call from my representative informing me that I have been given an appointment conditional on completing my file. So yes, USAFA gives LOA’s for athletes even if the file is incomplete</p>
