<p>The relative importance of each section ultimately depends on a school’s character (also true, but to a lesser extent, with Ivies). A school with traditionally strong humanities focus is more likely to “forgive” lower M score in favor of strong CR+W, and vice versa holds true for schools heavy on quant. approach.</p>
<p>When push comes to shove, schools will still prefer a candidate that is strong in all three areas. If you’re not comfortable with your score, it’s probably a hint that you should retake. ;)</p>

<p>It’s hard to say. Writing is probably the section I would prefer to be the lowest. I don’t think anyone knows for sure how much that section weighs.</p>
