Registration for Classes

No haha thanks a lot thats all very helpful- one thing is I won’t know my ap scores since I am going to the first orientation

Yea how do they deal with not knowing your AP scores? I’m in Marshall and I’m taking the calc ab test but I won’t have my score yet and calf is a first semester class for marshall

I’ve heard that sometimes they have your AP scores at orientation earlier than the day you actually get them from the college board (if you’ve indicated to send them to USC)

Well i think I’m going to the June 11 orientation so I don’t even think the test will be cpmpletly graded at this point

Your department advisor will suggest you sign up for the course that Marshall wants you to take first semester freshman year. When you do get your AP score, if it is high enough you can simply drop the course you no longer need and sign up for another. If you feel pretty confident you’ll place out when APs scores come, you might even sign up for an extra class when you register and then either drop that one or drop the other. Is this clear? Oh no. But adding and dropping classes is easy to do at home after orientation.
