Send in any updates to your application re: grades, awards, etc. A call to your SU admissions advisor is also a good idea. Stay in touch with him/her via pertinent emails … a thank you after your phone visit is a good idea. Visit if you can. Interview. Show that you WANT to be at Syracuse. And, most of all, DON’T GIVE UP! You were rejected … you were put on hold.

Going back to last year’s RD thread, it looks like RD international acceptances began rolling out on Friday, 2/15, and RD domestic on Friday, 2/22. Appears that decisions were released in batches by college, starting with Whitman. Fingers crossed they will go out early again this year!
I have a link under Applicant Services titled “Admission Acceptance Form” does this indicate anything? Also is there a way to upload additional admission materials on myslice?

I recall RD decisions coming out in mid-March. My son is currently a freshman at SU and received his decision on March 15th last year which was consistent with published notification dates.
I think the mid February are the 28k leadership scholarships/ invite to honors college
Well I can’t figure out to start a new thread, so has anyone gotten a coronat invite yet?
@Trolleydolly I believe you are correct in that most earlier acceptances mentioned the scholarships. Wishful thinking that decisions would roll out earlier than mid-March I guess.
@Jon1717 and @jirachiwish the Admission Acceptance Form link has been on MySlice since day 1. Merely says “This page is currently unavailable for your use.” Obviously will change if admitted.
I applied RD in end of Nov and recieved my acceptance Friday by email. The email will say you have a application notification and then link you to a pdf of your letter. I don’t believe you’d find out through my slice, I think its mainly through email. However, something strange was that the letter had an earlier date on it (feb 9) but regardless, still another acceptance!
I applied RD near the end of October and I still haven’t heard back

@hownow123 and @JLDmomof2 i applied to the cas and domestic because i’m from here however, for financial purposes international. a weird grey area between the two but my International status might have something to do with hearing back already
I got accepted!!! I am an intl student, received the leadership scholarship and admitted to Newhouse. I don’t have any info on the honors college yet. Hope to see y’all on campus.
Good Morning - I’m sorry to ask something that likely has already been covered, but how do they notify about admissions answers? Email and regular mail? It’s not via My Slice, correct? TIA.
