<p>FYI, a quick-n-dirty empirical formula (based on yield data from a number of schools) for average yield rate if you don’t have the exact yield figure:
0.06(avgSSATpercentile ÷ admit rate) + 0.35 = Yield*</p>
<p>So for Choate:
0.06 * (85% ÷ 19%) + 0.35 = 0.62 Yield</p>
<p>It’s not the exact yield number, but gives u a reasonable ballpark estimate.</p>
