The formatting is messed up, but it looks like you got some correct and some incorrect on most types of problems. That means that you have seen all of the concepts, but should practice more on most of these types of problems.

Try going through a precalculus textbook and doing problems for practice. Or generate new problems on the placement test web sites for more problems to practice.
