Replace my cheese please?

I got 28 on the test, as they included manchego.

Cheese is my go to quick protein, which I arrived at after WW. Better than many carbs. Low fat Jarlesberg from TJs or Costco is quite satisfying. I also use the pre sliced low fat sharp cheddar at times. I am addicted as well, though try to minimize it aside from the low fat versions and romano or feta on vegetables.

Don’t think I can help you as I am making cheese fondue for dinner…

You know what I really miss that you just don’t see on restaurant menus any more? Cheese souffle! Mmmm, I love cheese souffle but it’s been probably 20 years since I have had it. The mention of cheese fondue reminded me of cheese souffle. I am now craving it.

I quote a childhood cartoon frequently, as related to this topic…“Cheese, I just love cheese, oh really oh I do!”

You know, I am not totally opposed to this thread morphing to the wonders of cheese and all of our favorites!

This thread makes me long for a nice Beecher’s grilled cheese. I hope the day students have not gobbled up all of the amazing grilled cheese sandwiches at the cafe by the time I arrive there!!!

Cheese actually has chemically addictive properties. I think you may be quite the victim of this…
