Unless I’m wrong, we have to send all AP scores and there is not an option to send one selective score.

You’re wrong. The all scores policy does not apply to AP.

If the scores strengthen the application, send. If they don’t, don’t.

And at the risk of stating the ibvious, if you report 2 Subject Tests, the 3rd AP needs to be from a different area. IOW, APUSH and a USH subject test counts once.
