This meant he was speeding and going at least 58, maybe 59. i recorded his license plate number and i will probably end up calling the police. Another time, my friend posted pictures of themselves on facebook, and i am fairly sure they were consuming alcohol. Problem is, they are under 21. I know what you are thinking, and dont worry, the proper authorities have been contacted and the situation is being dealt with.</p>
