FSU is one of the two best state schools (ignoring New College, which is small) and will be competitive. The new law guarantees millions to FSU each year to increase quality. It’s not a stretch to assume FSU President Barron means what he says when he sets the goal for Florida State to be a Top 25 (public) university.</p>
