<p>When I applied, I remember having to fill out the residency form as well. </p>
<p>It’s standard practice, I believe. They classify you as out-of-state and make you prove you are in-state, as a way of cutting down on those people that claim Florida residency just because they have family here or something. </p>
<p>It’s really simple to fill out though. Takes like 5 minutes. Unless the form changed, of course.</p>
