You will need to provide documents proving not only your time here (1 yr to the day), but your intent to stay before the residency determination date. If you’re under 24 and your parents are OOS, you also need to prove that you’re an independent and have financial stability - you need to prove that you have a job with substantial income that isn’t just your parents putting money in your bank account.</p>
