Restaurants in the Ogunquit/York Beach, Maine area?

As a late follow up, here are the restaurants we ate at. Each meal included a pre-meal cocktail for me, and a glass of wine for my wife. We also ordered an appetizer, two entrees matched with a glass of wine for each, a shared dessert and an espresso martini for me.

The Tiller Restaurant at The Cliff House: The setting of this restaurant is the winner, hands down, because of the ocean crashing against the rocky shoreline. The food was also very good, but by far the most expensive meal that we enjoyed.

M.C. Perkins Cove: This setting was the second best, also along the water. Their cocktails were the best of the three restaurants. The food here was also the best of the three.

Clay Hill Farms: This restaurant is in a more rural area. The decor seemed very dated, which worried us at first. Thankfully both the food and service were very good.

All in all, we were pleased with each of the restaurants. We’ll be back for another long weekend in the future.
