Resume: Graduating Early

I want to indicate that I am graduating early on my resume because my listed extracurricular activities/ internships started after freshmen year, so if I only mention my expected graduation date it would seem like I did not do anything in my freshmen year.

In addition, I am an accounting major, so I need to graduate with 150 credits to qualify to take the CPA exam. I had many AP credits from high school, so I do not need to complete 150 credits in 5 years rather 4 years. My university offers a master’s degree in accounting. So I figured I rather graduate in 3 years with my bachelor’s degree and 1 year for my master’s degree.

I never wanted to come across as “I am better than everyone else because I graduate a year early.”

Oh that makes more sense. I think you’ll be fine. There really isn’t a need to have a full 4 year line of extracurriculars on your resume. By my senior year, I had removed practically everything from sophomore year and prior from my resume.
