<p>12 units of D+, D, D-, or F grades may be repeated with grade replacement for Berkeley undergraduate GPA purposes. (Graduate and professional schools look at the grade records however they want to look at them, which is not necessarily the same as Berkeley undergraduate GPA calculations.)</p>

<p>You need to check your major to see if there is a minimum grade for courses in your major (often C- or C).</p>
