Returning to the question of "Why All-Women's Schools?"

<p>I agree with ticklemepink completely -Smith didn’t do much for me in terms of pushing my classroom performance or participation, but I do think it helped me build confidence in social situations, being generally a more forgiving environment than coed schools. The reason for this, I’m still trying to figure out -whether it was the types of women the school attracted, a lack of competition between women trying to impress men, etc.</p>
