<p>okay, as a revelle student, dorms are definitely not bad. I really like how Blake and Argo are set up (maybe not so much the fleets) - but revelle dorms are pretty nice.</p>
<p>the food is not so good, but then again I’ve heard people say plaza cafe is really good compared to their college; so I really think it’s just people get sick of their own college food and prefer the variety provided at other college’s cafeterias. eg. i really like ovt, but a lot of marshall students say they hate it…?</p>
<p>the GE’s definitely are a pain. as a science major, i don’t mind the bio/chem/science reqs, but HUM…not so much :)</p>
<p>THE location, however, is really good. No one can complain about the location. You are close to CLICS, main gym, York, all the classrooms in Muir, Sierra Summit, Plaza Cafe, the Med School. </p>
<p>revelle, like any other college, has it’s ups and downs.</p>
<p>ps. when i applied to ucsd, i chose the colleges randomly too. i think on the uc application they should make choosing a college more informative and a bigger deal than the current system makes it seem.</p>
