You need to contact the community colleges that you would be interested in attending, and ask them these questions. They are the experts.
When you apply for admission at the CC, you will need to send an official copy of your UIUC transcript. Whether or not any of those courses are recorded as transferred on your CC transcript, you will still need to send an official copy of that UIUC transcript when you apply for transfer to a CSU or UC.
