UC has been talking about it for several years and has a couple of ongoing studies on the topic. Much is in the public domain. For example,

While I have no inside info, my opinion as a long-time UC watcher is that they will get there in the next few years.

Those sources say test optional (not test blind!) which is what has been often stated…which is very different from test blind.
