A waitlist is a soft rejection. A waitlist for an international candidate at a need aware(for international) school is a very big long shot. Getting off the waitlist is not impossible, but certainly not an expected outcome. Sorry!

What does 120,000 scholarship mean? Is that divided by 4 = 30K?

Holy cow! Do you mind sharing stats? D25 was CS too but didn’t get a lot of the acceptances she was hoping for
Still numb here. My son was given $200,000 scholarship plus $10k and pairing with a research mentor. So grateful right now.
