<p>@Skittsie13: There was no “AM/PM” listed; we all assumed [wrongly, perhaps] it was 7:30PM EST. As achievingdream has said, though, CST seems more reasonable.</p>

<p>First of all, How many of you ACTUALLY heard an ADMISSIONS officer say that the decision was going to be released today? How many of you went to Visions and heard this?</p>

<p>If most of this is just hearsay, then I really wouldn’t buy into it. Especially since rice had an increase of applicants this year.</p>

<p>I am the one who said 7:30 PM EST. I used EST because I am in the east, so i guess that would make it 6:30 Central. I just looked at last year’s acceptance thread and I have no other inside info.
