Louisiana is tough right now. My daughter is a senior and I know the state is playing games with Tops still so you can’t count on that money. My advice to you is to look at cheaper in state schools. Tech is much cheaper and has better merit based scholarships . The only problem with that is you are past app deadlines for the university scholarships deadlines. But I would call them you never know. With there aid loans and if Tops got fixed you would have a chance.
But really all the kids in the state need to get on there State reps phones about Tops.
