RIP Roger Ebert

<p>When I read one of his reviews, I could always tell if I wanted to see the movie or not. That’s the highest praise I can give to a movie reviewer.</p>

<p>thank you, also, for that link to The Onion article. i’d not yet seen that, but i agree w/ lololu’s sentiments that it was spot-on. and like you, i also shed some tears (when i first heard the news). i’m sure that piece brought Roger a smile and a chuckle.</p>

<p>I loved his commentary on his partner, Gene also. They had a complicated relationship but full of respect and love most of the time.
