Is it smarter to do Robotics or Aerospace engineering? If robotics, what are some schools that offer it as a major?

I don’t know anything about Aerospace Engineering, but Robotics is a topic covered in Computer Science or Computer Engineering programs, that’s for sure. I’ve never heard of a degree program for Robotics, to be honest. I can tell you that there are numerous applications to Robotics and Aerospace Engineering, e.g. military drones and future aircraft.

I spontaneously found a degree program in [CS with an AI concentration](http://www.sfu.ca/computing/undergraduate/programs/areas-of-concentration.html). Perhaps you might be interested.
