Ok so I’m now uploading all ~1000 pictures from the photographer and can send those along if anyone wants it. These are mostly more pictures of the decorations and whatnot. I know a few people have said that they’re doing DIY weddings or using roughly the same color so if anyone wants to see the whole lot, I’m happy to pass them along!

Thank you all again, so so much. I wrote this on another thread a while back but we closed on our house yesterday… and promptly came home to tornadoes and a power outage. Yay home-ownership! My parents brought down all of our wedding decorations so we are slowly but surely decorating the house :). We didn’t intend to decorate with wedding decorations but so many of those things were bought at places like Pier One and are a beautiful color. It seems a waste not to use them!

Thank you! It seems to be a very popular color. We know two different couples getting married this year who are using the same color and are going to look through our decorations to see if they want anything. I was very happy with how it looked outside. I originally wanted a more green color but I’m glad I was talked into that one.
Congrats! I’ve been to a few wedding in and around Grand Traverse and it’s a beautiful place, especially in the summer. I always dreamed of a winter wedding with snowflakes and fur and settled for a somewhat dreary Michigan March.
