<p>The thread I linked to above contains a couple of years of posts on this program (someone just revived it earlier this year). So if you read through top to bottom, you can see that on 4/18 last year, quite a few people got emails telling them their fate. Many rejections, but a few were waitlisted. As I said, I have no idea if anyone ever got off the waitlist (no one posted later saying that they had, but of course not everyone accepted or waitlisted reads and posts to this forum). I just know that it exists because some people said so last year, and assume they will follow the same pattern this year.</p>
