I think they say if you can’t make that date you have to get it in before the semester starts on Sept 1 or you won’t receive your grades/schedule/etc. because there are certain vaccination you need to be on campus like the Meningitis one. But it takes them sometime to process it so I wouldn’t suggest waiting till the last minute to do it.
