Typically, yes. Last year there was a wave of acceptances on Dec 16th.

Was wondering if anyone gets emails from Rutgers. It seems like sooo many other schools have reached out to my daughter but Rutgers hasnā€™t sent out anything. My daughters, as well as mine, is filled with schools that want her to apply or visit but Rutgers only sent oneā€¦the one saying her application was receivedā€¦

Very limited email from Rutgers. My son only got one saying he applied and I got one saying your son applied.

We got two big envelopes with the big R ad inside two times within the past month and after the application is submitted. For sure, it made us excited to see the big envelope during the first time :laughing:

Totally worth the wait. Freshman and loving it. Yes, Rutgers was one of the last schools to send acceptance. The portal was nothing special, but later they send a nice folder filled with everything you need to know.

In the past theyā€™ve announced about half their EA acceptances by mid December. Maybe they received a lot more applications this year and are delayed. If we donā€™t hear by Thursday theyā€™ll likely wait until mid Jan.

my son applied in mid october and no news at all. However one of the schools he applied to has ā€œactiveā€ under the school name. does anyone know what that meant? his application still says submitted.
