<p>Thanks–it includes covered parking & has hardwood floors instead of carpet. There are only gas fireplaces & not wood, so that should help with his allergies. It also has double-pane glass & central air & heat. The landlady seemed so pleased that we had come, saying, “Oh, PARENTS!” We think he’ll be very happy there and she seemed very nice.</p>
