i feel the same way about the astronaut question. i was almost certain the “on the contrary” was negating the “hardly expansive” but 99% of people said laconic :/

i believe it should be the variety and change one because they said that the scientists viewed it as something with order while the man viewed it as a “zoo” and 'carnival" which suggests that it’s something with variety.

@kayak

same I thought it was a contrast to how expansive it was

the firefly question was something like: Located on the abdomen of a firefly is a mass of cells that react with oxygen and something else to glow.

@eagles94
did u end up choosing histrionic for that one?

@kayak

nah histrionic means dramatic unless there is another meaning to it that I dont know. I put cohesive or that fact that it was still logical and in order even though it wasnt expansive. Still, this didnt make too much sense to me.

answer is a toss up really.

does anyone have any prediction on how the curve will be? i think i got 6-7 wrong in CR 4-5 wrong in math and 2-3 wrong in writing… what do you think my score will be?

@hockey
THANK YOU!!! lool so i think i got that one right! so that one is no error, and “historically” one was the no error… right? what else was no error, do u know?

In writing section, was the amy tan question no error? Or did we need to change it from “will purse” to “would pursue”?

im pretty sure amy tan was would pursue

Was the “Historically” one one of the last two in the Writing section? Because I got the last two as “no error”. One was about “That the country is…and…is blah blah”. And I forget the other one.

Historically was NE pretty sure. I chose the answer with “are” in it for the country one. Not sure tho

@bear111

I don’t think there was an “are” in the question. It was only “is” and the other options.

there were 3 no errors right? what did u guys get as error beside the firefly and historically ones :/

@yutainaba
Fireflies
Historically
20% pop songs or something

Can you say the whole sentence of “Historically”? Pretty please
I think I got that as no error but I don’t remember!

Wait actually, the pop songs might have been the historically one. Anyone confirm?

The NEs i got were the firefly one, the third to last identify errors question, and the second to last one. (the last one was about economy and ‘to be so’ rather than ‘to do so’)

Can anyone specifically name the no errors? They were firefly, historically, and_____?

Does anyone have an idea of what the curve will be? A specific number would be hard to say but how hard/generous do you think the curves will be for each section?
