<p>anyone else think that passage about inventions was awful to read? I mean its questions were straightforward but the passage felt like it was so badly worded it hurt me to read haha</p>

Raw Score 74 … Scaled score 35 , damn the ACT is rough haha miss one out of 75 and drop to a 35 , eek </p>
<p>I missed the question basically because I was running out of time, I had about 1 minute left to do the final 4 questions and panicked, missing one of them
perhaps if I would have used my time better throughout the rest of the test I could have gotten that 36</p>

<p>I notice math on the ACT is more knowledge based than the SAT, which is more critically thinking</p>

<p>haha, I finish the sections rather quickly, I’m not sure why … perhaps I am simply a quicker reader than most people, </p>
<p>and yeah I think preparing for the SAT does help a bit with the ACT, I mean its essentially similar, the english sections which to me is most similar to writing is far easier but has the same concepts, than the added science section is basically another CR and logic test, so just take away the vocabulary and the SAT is very similar to ACT, </p>
<p>and as for improvement on my own part,
I’ve been fluctuating lately all scores ~2300s so I can’t complain though </p>

total on that test english 35 math 36 reading 36 science 35 composite 36
the only tougher thing with the ACT i’d say is getting used to the time constraints I missed one on science right near the end as well due to lack of time.</p>
