Three colleges require you to provide both all SAT and all ACT test scores: Stanford, Georgetown, and Barnard. Any other colleges with an “all scores” rule allow you to submit either all ACTs or, alternatively, all SATs.
Both your test scores are actually high, and despite its all scores rule Stanford asserts that for determining admission it will use that test (SAT or ACT) with the higher scores and will not hold lower scores against you; that is a general rule followed by all colleges. You do not need to retake SAT.
