<p>Well I feel that CB is somewhat responsible for allowing the cheaters to cheat. They are reusing past unreleased paper, no wonder people can cheat. </p>
<p>I just find it unfair for the people who are honest and study, because they are the ones that get hurt the most in this event. Cheaters and CB are both for blame. </p>
