Sat Snacks

<p>Have a good breakfast with a blend of carbs AND protein. No foods high in fat as it will bog your mind down. Depending on how quickly you metabolize caffeine you can try a Monster/Red Bull. Try it for a practice test to get the release first 'cause the worst thing would be to crash during a section. If no caffeine during the test, try a banana or two and some trail mix. Try to avoid salty foods too… I was literally dying during the last section in March…</p>
