SAT Subject Tests at Williams

I was wondering how optional the SAT subject tests are for Williams?

I’m a big fan in taking colleges at their word, so:

In this case, I think optional does mean optional. Having said that, your scores are very fine scores. I see no reason not to submit them.

Would it look strange if I only submitted one score?

I’m also a believer in sending either zero or two (or more than 2 depending), Submitting one, in my mind, looks as though the applicant is trying to hide a score (which, of course, is what you are suggesting).
