Dear potential landlord,
My child lives several states away from your building. We live several states away from your building in the other direction. However, her brother lives 15 minutes away and graciously walked through the apartment with his sister on skype. In fact, he rented an apartment in that very building several years ago and she visited him in that place. And yet you insist that we fly her out there because you “don’t rent to people who haven’t seen the apartment in person”???
