Speaking of refunds, where is our refund AAA? What’s the point of having AAA if they won’t come tow you from a well-traveled highway and then make you wait weeks for a refund (which “we MAY consider after you send in a letter and the original tow receipt…”) after you have to pay out of pocket (and have to pay a service charge for using a credit card because you don’t have $150 in cash on you)? I’m gearing up for a Supreme Court battle on this one.

My family needs to get out of NJ. My mom strongly agrees with me. Given what we’ve gone through the past several years, I cannot understand for the life of me why my dad is so loyal towards the state. Especially because he is the one who was most affected. Yes, I’ve technically left my hometown now, but it still pains me to look back on the awkwardness of HS every time I’m here.

Dear big blue box Scandinavian store…another 90 minutes on the phone…to find out…um,well…we have some problems with our registers…it’s an intermittent issue…sometimes they don’t actually process a return credit…we will do it manually now.
Hmmm…what about all those people who do not take the OCD approach to personal accounting and never discover the missing refund. Works out pretty well for ONE of the parties involved…
