Maybe you should have fetched your toddler the first time she turned off all the lights in the sanctuary during services Friday night. And I secretly did know she was yours when she did it the second time and you sighed and I said, “Doesn’t she have a parent?” Saying “the boys get her excited” wouldn’t have even been a good excuse the first time.
